instrument and scope of use
new national standard, HJ828-2017 standard analysis method to standardize the determination steps of chemical oxygen demand COD(Cr) in water quality, and strictly stipulate the conditions such as heating digestion time, solution acidity, oxidant and catalyst dosage of the method. Obviously, the determination of water quality COD(Cr) has strict conditions, and the operation in violation of the conditions will affect the accuracy of the determination.
COD(Cr) constant temperature heater follows the basic principles of international standards (ISO) and national standards (GB), ensuring the digestion operation of reflux heating and slightly boiling for 2 hours. The preparation and addition of reagent solution are consistent with GB method, ensuring reliable and accurate analysis results.
instrument adopts microcomputer technology to control the heating furnace regularly, which can heat 6 250 ml triangular flasks at the same time. To achieve energy saving, reduce power load, improve efficiency.
The instrument uses a glass burr return pipe instead of a spherical return pipe, and uses air-cooling technology to replace the tap water cooling method, which can save water and standardize the instrument. The chemical solution preparation, operation and COD calculation of
instrument completely comply with the new national standard. COD water samples below 50mg/L can improve accuracy by diluting titrant and oxidant, while COD water samples above 1000mg/L can be determined by diluting the proportion of water samples.technical specification
