Product Brief Introduction
Based on years of customer accumulation and product experience of water quality analyzer products, TOC-230 series of total organic carbon analyzers have been introduced with honor. TOC-230 series has two models, TOC-230W (wet) ultraviolet persulfate oxidation-NDIR detection principle and TOC-230D (dry) high temperature catalytic oxidation-NDIR detection principle. The two models can meet different concentration samples and application scenarios.
TOC-230W the application of UV persulfate oxidation-NDIR detection principle (wet), can detect the TOC concentration in water samples from 0.001 mg/L ~ 100.0 mg/L water samples. The water sample is fully oxidized and decomposed into CO2 by ultraviolet persulfate, and CO2 enters the non-dispersive infrared detection (NDIR) after drying and impurity removal under the action of carrier gas, so as to obtain the total carbon concentration in the water sample.
TOC-230D through the high temperature catalytic oxidation-NDIR detection principle (dry), can detect the TOC concentration in water samples from 0.05mg/L ~ 50000mg/L water samples. The water sample is fully burned and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water at high temperature by a high-performance oxidation catalyst in a combustion furnace. The water vapor is cooled by a condenser to remove carbon dioxide and enters a non-dispersive infrared detector (NDIR) to obtain the total carbon in the water sample.
