1. Preparing the sample

5. Adjust the laser
Use the instrument's control panel or software to adjust the power and wavelength of the laser. Ensure that the energy of the laser does not damage the sample, and choose the appropriate wavelength for the best test results.
6. Start the test
Start the test program and wait for the output of the test result. The test results are usually presented in spectral graphical form, showing the vibrational mode and molecular structure of the sample.

For each test, data analysis and interpretation are required. This may involve comparison with a library of known samples or analysis using specialized software tools. Before analyzing the data, any environmental factors that may affect the test results should be minimized.
8. Cleaning equipment
After the test is completed, the equipment needs to be cleaned to prepare for the next test work. This typically involves removing the fiber optic probe from the instrument and storing and maintaining the device in an appropriate manner.
